Marbel Himes Quezon Province, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint my wife,
JONALYN L. BIBIT, Filipino, of legal age, to perform the following acts and things, to
wit:

1. To process all the requirements for Titling of my lot property reflected in the
herein attached Transfer Certificate of Title and Deed of Donation:

2. To process the inclusion of my Tax Identification Number (TIN) in the

electronic system; and

3. To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver documents and agreements, other

papers to effect with his power stated in this authorization pertinent to the
above-described authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING upon my said attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying
and conforming all that my attorney or his substitute shall, lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue hereof.
