ENTREPRENEURSHIP?

The requirements to promote Entrepreneurship are given as follows:

• Respect and celebrate failure, make failure a way of life and stepping stone for future success.

• Create a system that accept people to fail fast.

• Remove social pressure of risk taking. Taking risk should become a norm. Not accepting failure is a
cultural and social issue. It has to be discarded.

• Create a community of risk takers.

• Develop an ecosystem which consists of resources and mentors. Ecosystem is the enablement not the
solution. It is not about asking people to take a leap, but also creating a culture to take the leap.
