DESCRIPTION The Covid-19 Pandemic has had a significant impact on the
lives of the parents especially the students and their
schooling. Most of them have experienced several different
challenges including increased stress and anxiety that has
led to degradation of their mental health.
EXPECTED 1. allow students to focus on their strengths and support
OUTCOME systems in this time of pandemic
2. enable them to manage their feelings and reframe their
thoughts.
