This Arrival of goods on site Protocol is a written declaration signed by the Supplier and the Custo-
mer which confirms that the Equipment according to attached packing list has arrived completely
and without damages according to agreed INCO Terms on site.

Supplier informs Customer officially that the above goods have arrived on site of the Supplier

and that the Equipment conforms to attached packing list in accordance with the Contract.

In case of failure of Customer to counter sign this Arrival of goods on site protocol within seven (7)
days from the date of the Equipment arrival specified above, not attributable to a material breach of
Contract by Supplier, the Certificate shall be deemed to have been validly issued according to the
Contract with the single signature of Supplier.
