Q&A Series 1

Q1. Are you able to supply the RFP document in MS Word format, so that we can fill out the
applicable forms and include it in our proposal?

A1. We have uploaded the submission guidelines in MS Word.

Q2. The Form of Cover Letter suggests that must submit 6 complete sets of our proposal. Could you
clarify this requirement since this is an electronic submission?

A2. The submission of 6 complete sets is not required. Please disregard this line, and submit your
proposal electronically to procurement@ourtrust.org

Q3. Under Submission Guidelines, 4. Tasks and Scheduling, the RFP references a “PART C”, however
we could not find PART C in the RFP. Should we ignore this reference?

A3. Please disregard this reference. There is no PART C as part of this RFP.

Q4. You ask that we provide information regarding hosting, and our ongoing support and
development model. We also would like to briefly describe the solution we are proposing.
Should we include this type of information under the section “Other Information”, or should we
reserve the Other Information section for added-value items not requested in the RFP?

A4. Please provide details on the solution that you are proposing as part of the main proposal and
not under the section “Other Information”. This section should be used to identify items not
requested in the RFP.
