II. To be filled up by Local Government Unit (Brgy. LGU):

a. LGU CERTIFICATION AND UNDERTAKINGS:

I hereby certify the following:

1. That the driver was fully briefed and agrees to follow NAVA rules and regulation;
2. That we will take responsibility in ensuring all cases are settled in the event that the vehicle is involved in an accident and/ or cause damage inside the park;
3. That the vehicle in the absence of deed of sale traceability is in applicant’s legal possession;
4. That the applicant will strictly observe and comply with NAVA traffic rules and regulations.

Rules:
1. Motorist and pedestrians must observe traffic, safety and other park rules and regulations. Violators will be penalized in accordance with the table of penalties.
2. Maximum speed limit for both the main roads and service roads shall be 40 kph.
3. Excessive Blowing of Horn is not allowed.
4. Parking in all common roads (main, service and access) and turn-arounds are strictly prohibited.
5. Loading / unloading of cargo is strictly prohibited on common roads.
6. Motorists are discouraged from picking up/hitchhiking strangers on the streets.
7. Reckless drivers will be given fair warnings/citations. Repeat offenders will be banned from driving inside the Park.
