Effects of Individual's Contribution in the Community

Communities are beneficial to join or form because they offer assistance to those
who are affected by the everyday stress, challenges, and turmoil of modern life. Humans
are sociable beings by nature, and no one can avoid this. To feel joyful, comfortable, and
safe, we need to spend our lives with other people. We must become involved in our local
community if we are to fully thrive.

Personal contributions to the community are significant since they benefit both the
individual and the community, and it is hard to discover one's individuality and identity
without the individual. Individuals' roles in communities are to dominate the greater group by
clinging to their particular beliefs, resisting injustice, and embracing the consequences they
may face. When a person is a part of a larger group, he or she can become lost among the
other members. People must prioritize themselves, and society must acknowledge their
demand for autonomy. Flaws in society can be easily identified and corrected with these
individuals, resulting in a better and more successful society.

Individuals' roles play a significant impact in determining how the future will unfold
and what significant changes will result from their acts.Individuals live in a society that is
continuously attempting to combine and merge into a single whole. Regardless of a greater
being's grandeur, all groupings have weaknesses as a result of the many ideas provided by
its members.

Individuals are told to obey the group's and the leader's ideas regardless of their
personal beliefs. Society's flaws were only remedied when people opted to break away from
the greater group and become their own person. The individual's job is to try to outperform
the greater group by sticking to their personal beliefs, battling for social injustices, and being
willing to reject the repercussions of their actions.
