Accused Aman alias Monu on bail with Sh. Ashok

Accused Sahil declared PO vide order dated 25.11.2019.

One PW namely Neelam MRC, PGIMS, Rohtak is present and

has stated that CR File No. 449947 of Pawan has already been deposited in
the court of Ms. Pallvi Ojha, the then Learned JMIC, Rohtak on 4.10.2018.
Concerned Ahlmad be summoned. Heard. In view of the aforesaid
statement made by PW Neelam, concerned Ahlmad be summoned for
19.9.2022.
No other PW is present. Summons issued to PW Constable
Surender is received back with a request for further adjournment. Heard.
Request is allowed. Summons issued to Pws Rakesh, Dr. Ankit and Dr.
Sunil are received back as not properly served. To come up on 19.9.2022 for
remaining evidence of prosecution. All the remaining unexamined Pws be
also summoned on that date.
