The LOI includes a list of all shortlisted firms to whom similar letters of invitation are sent, and a sreurenes to the selection method and aaplicable guidelines or policies that govern the selection and award process. Section 2: Instructions to Consultants, Data Sheet This Section consists of two parts: “Instructions to Consultants’ and “Data Sheet Inctrugtions. to Consultants” contains provisions that are fo be used without modifications. “Data Sheet” contains information specific to each selection and corresponds to the clauses in Instructiors to Consultants” that call for selection-specific information to be added. This Section provides information to help shortlisted Consultants prepare their proposals. In pursuance of this policy, the GoN: a. defines, for the purposes of this provision, the terms set forth below as follows. {) “corrupt practice” means the offering, giving, receiving. or sofeitng, Greatly or indirectly, anything of value to influence improperly the actions of another party (iy fraudulent practice’ means any actor omission, including | 2 misrepresentation, that knowingly or recklessly misleads, or attempts {0 mislead, 2 party to obtain a financial or other benefit or to avoid an obligation {iy "coercive practice” means impairing or harming, or threatening to impair oF harm, directly or indirectly, any party or the property of the party to influence improperly the actions of a party, (wv) "collusive practice’ means an arrangement between two or more partes designed to achieve an improper purpose, including influencing improperly the actions of another party.
