STABILITY CERTIFICATE

This is to certify that the building for Malik Plaza, having a total covered area of 24,830 ft2
situated at Skeem Chowk Kohat Road, Peshawar is designed keeping in view the structural
requirements for the building. The building consists of three stories (Double basement +
Ground). The building is a frame structure confined with R.C.C Columns and Beams to act as a
multi storey frame structures. All kind of loads including Dead load and Live load etc are
considered in the design of structure. The safety factors for these loads have been incorporated
in the design as per structural codes. The minimum compressive strength for the concrete and
minimum tensile strength for the steel are mentioned in the structural drawings with at least
12% elongation. Concrete mixture is to be used for mixing and vibrator for the compaction of
concrete. The cylindrical compressive strength of at least 3,000 psi for concrete and the tensile
strength of 60,000 psi for steel bars should be attained for slabs and beams and for columns
and foundations 4000 psi and 60,000 psi respectively, should be attained. On site decisions
should be made in coordination with Engineer.
