Mission: Production and delivery of all sets of reports, analysis and other information required to ensure a proper management

accounting in the bank, thus supporting the strategic and operational management of the bank, including also business and support Responsibilities: y Participation in the preparation of the budget package and forecast at Total bank level and at segment level, strictly following the Group or bank rules in this regard; y Participation in the 5Y plan package preparation; y Preparation of reports & analysis for performance measurement and monitoring of the results in the bank at different levels: total bank, business lines, segments, product factories, regions/branches, products, portfolios, customers, other if needed; preparation of regular performance reports to the SB, MB, other where needed; y Cooperate with segment/business and regions/branches in the planning processing by checking the correctness of their inputs and providing feedback; y Regular update and ensure a correct understanding of knowledge related to segmentation rules; proper observance of segmentation rules in the segmentation of the banks customer base in compliance with the acting rules and in the execution of the annual segmentation review; y Regular update and ensure a correct understanding of the management accounting rules of the Bank, including FTP, profitability measurement rules and ensures their proper observance and usage in the performance measurement analysis and in the budgeting process; y Contribution to the development of tools for financial analysis in cooperation with MIS; y Participation at the elaboration of the internal working instructions /procedures/regulations y Ensure the fulfilment on the tasks assigned/delegated by the direct superior in accordance with the specific of the Controlling activity y Participate to the professional development (such as coaching, know-how transfer) of Controlling unit staff; y Cooperates in joint activities with other departments in the bank (including those under CFOs responsibility), providing them with quality service and support related to planning and controlling matters; y Ensures good working climate in Controlling Unit; y Responsible for informing the superior for any identified contingency situation; y For all other cases and responsibilities not specified above, the internal working procedures & regulations are valid. The job holder is responsible for being aware and updated about the procedures in force; y Participates in internal committees or other internal professional bodies in accordance with the assigned mandate; y Responsible for the safeguarding of the assets and interests of the bank. Compliance with regulations: y Ensures and guarantees the confidentiality of the information, related to the clients of the bank, their transactions, internal norms and procedures, as well as HR information, both personal and related to other employees of the bank; y Ensures the fulfillment of any other tasks requested by the Law and/or assigned by the Management of the Bank and/or by the hierarchical or functional superior; y Provides for compliance with general legal provisions, with NBR regulations and with all internal regulations, procedures and policies of the Bank.
