This letter was made in reference to the meeting between ***, as the owner of land SHM No.
xxx, located at xxx (hereinafter shall be refer to as “Land”), with PT *** wherein both
parties have meet and discuss regarding the possibility to cooperate in managing the Land.

Subject to the foregoing, the parties hereby express their interest to cooperate in developing
and managing the Land. All the terms and conditions regarding the cooperation will be
discussed further by the parties and will be stated in a cooperation agreement which will be
signed by the parties.
