and “Caller ID”.
● They have an easy to set up mobile hotspot which will allow you and your friends
to stay connected, share your devices internet which allows you to have 10 WiFi
enabled devices
● They also always have a team of experts on a line and ready to help you
anywhere, anytime
Weakness

● T-mobiles weakness is the fact that sure the coverage is

almost the entirety of the U.S but poor wifi connections and
network outages can impact the customers.
● Why those network outages are bad is what if there was an
accident and you needed to call or text someone well if their
is a outage you won’t be able to get connection to do so.
Opportunities

● The opportunities for T-mobile are 1 the leverage on

the market with their new 5G plan which more people
are likely to switch to.
● And 2 they could combine with sprint to create a bigger
supercharged company making their sales possibly
higher.
