Project Name: Shelter for Stray Dogs
Introduction
“Shelter for Stray Dogs” is a project that aims to rescue and find a home for
the stray dogs.
Purpose
The main motive of this project is to find home for the stray dogs by rescuing
them and by making sure that they are well and cared enough.
The project is worth sponsoring because it will be very helpful for the stray
dogs and through this, we will be able to provide home for them. This will also lessen
the number of dogs that kept on wandering around ang chasing people that may
cause some danger to the people.
Description
The project will gather individuals who are willing to volunteer in rescuing the
stray dogs and find home for them, the volunteers will be going in separate ways to
go around the areas within Poblacion, Matanao to look for stray dogs.
Volunteers will be provided with free snacks. leaflets/brochures along with a
brief presentation about the importance of this project will also be given during the
assignation of the area that the volunteer will go to. The volunteer will be group with
5 person per area.
The project will also launch a website (@shelteringstraydogs.org) and a
Facebook page at @shelteringstraydogs
Support
The estimated budget needed for the project is ranging from 10, 000 to
30,000. The team initiates the spirit of volunteerism for going to area with stray dogs
and bringing them to a shelter where they will get fed and the care they deserve.
This includes the fare, snacks, tools for the shelter, food for dogs and other related
fees.
