This affidavit is prepared in response to the ‘st affidavit of Mark Omenagha. | believe | have consent to do so from the defendant's lawyer Ms. Spence, a screenshot of the ‘email she sent to me is hereby attached EXHIBIT A page 1. 2. 1am the plaintiff and applicant, and as such have personal knowledge of the matters hereinafter deposed to, save and except where stated to be based on information and belief, and where so stated | verily believe them to be true, 3, The affidavit of Mark Omenagha was served on me August 25, 2022, after 4pm, a screenshot of the service email is hereby attached EXHIBIT A page 2, which is in Mountain Standard Time (MST). A screenshot of the clerk's notes regarding the order of Mr. Justice Ball is hereby attached EXHIBIT A page 3. 4, Screenshots | obtained from part of Facebook's terms of service regarding consumer putes is hereby attached EXHIBIT A pages 4-8. 5, Mr, Omenugha brings into evidence @ commercial contract for users of Facebook. AnonsCanada (Anonymous Canada) is a nonprofit movement created by myself, an individual, wherein | have intended to use all proceeds from any sales of masks, tshirts, or any other merchandise to go entirely to funding the protest events and producing “Tho Embassy of Canada dos nt vata the content of is document, 1 more content for the Facebook page and Youtube Channel. My intentions have been publicly stated on the www.anonymouscanada.ora website since early June of 2022. 6. | have promoted posts on the Island Irish Moss Foundation since around 2012, and although | have shared information about a seaweed harvesting company | co-founded in 2013 committed to fighting climate change, no post | have ever boosted on this page has ever been intended for a commercial purpose, such as selling goods or services at a profit. 7. To the best of my understanding, direct knovdedge, and belief, | have never used Facebook in any commercial capacity or for commercial purposes. My use of Facebook along with its products and services has always been in a private capacity as an individual consumer, and in a not-for-profit capacity. 8. In submitting promoted posts for approval by Facebook, | have generally speaking always selected the social issues checkbox and | have a disclaimer stating the advertising is paid for by me, Jonathan Bily. | have been approved by Facebook to promote social and political ads in the special ads category targeting a Canadian audience, and it was necessary for me to submit my identification to Facebook to do so. 9. | would provide to this Honourable Court exhibits proving | am approved to promote posts regarding social and political issues, but Facebook has now attempted to force me to agree to new terms and conditions, while not allowing me to access the platform. Two screenshots when | attempt to access Facebook is hereby attached EXHIBIT A page 6-7. However, to the best of my research there hasn't been any new terms and conditions for Facebook since May 26, 2022, in any jurisdiction, a screenshot of the latest change hereby attached EXHIBIT A page 8. | spoke to my friends Shelley Dixon, Steve Malin, and Mike Harvey, wherein none of them were compelled to agree to new ‘terms and conditions recently. 10. In response to the ‘st affidavit of Mark Omanugha, Josh Suttner sent me an email regarding how to correct the advertising problem, which is hereby attached EXHIBIT B page 1. My response email to lawyer Josh Suttner made several days later, is hereby attached EXHIBIT B page 2. A portion of my email is redacted because a portion of the email contains information regarding settlement of this matter. 11. | sent a similar email to lawyer Ms. Miranda Spence, a copy of the email hereby attached EXHIBIT B page 3. A portion of the email is scrolled out because it may contain information about settlement of this matter, although that is uncertain to me and redaction is made out of caution to not infringe upon any settlement privilege. 12. Lance Casey has sworn in his affidavit of personal service in these proceedings that he served the defendant's agent CSC Lawyers with a Notice of Application, my 1st affidavit in these proceedings, and Notice of Civil Claim endorsed with Form 11 on Friday, July 29, 2022, at 12:39pm PDT. At 4:57pm MST on the same day, or 3 hours and 18 minutes later, | received these two messages from my Facebook feed from Facebook, hereby attached EXHIBIT B page 7-8. 14. On September 7, 2022, Ms. Miranda Spence sent me another email regarding changing my location settings, hereby attached EXHIBIT B page 9. My response to her is hereby attached EXHIBIT B page 10. | confirm that it is my sworn testimony that | have never had either the “From” or “Lives In” changed to anything other than Canadian citiesvtocations, which again can be seen on EXHIBIT B pages 4-5, 15. Two screenshots | obtained from the Facebook website regarding determining primary locations is hereby attached EXHIBIT C pages 1-2. To the best of my understanding, | have complied with every requirement. 16.1 am certain that at the time of submitting promoted posts after June 22, 2022, upon my return to Canada, that my iPhone was operating on a Canadian internet protocol (IP) address, that the two step authentication for logging onto Facebook was with a Canadian phone number, that my GPS location services showing me in Canada was tured on, and that all my addresses and locations in my control were entered as Canadian addresses. 17. The AnonsCanada (Anonymous Canada) Facebook page openly displays itself as being at my Surrey mailing address, wherein a screenshot is hereby attached EXHIBIT C page 3 18. After | returned to Canada on June 22, 2022, | received numerous rejections of my promoted posts. Facebook allows reviews of these rejections to reach a real person, wherein I requested many, which sometimes takes days, and where sometimes the promoted post was approved then rejected shortly afterwards, or rejected altogether. Four examples are hereby attached EXHIBIT C pages 4-7. 19. Mr, Omenugha has repeatedly referred to the fact in his affidavit that | do not have a date set for the protest. He Is entirely correct. Due to the actions of the defendant in this matter, which has resulted in me being unable to reach a substantial audience as a ‘The Embosey of Canada soos net vest ho content ot tie Cambacsado du Camas veld ese onto da present dociment direct result, it is not prudent or possible for me to set a date for the protest, in an attempt to set a Guinness record for largest masked protest. 20. Mr. Omenugha has referred to the fact that the Protest Invite video has only received 30 something views on the Youtube channel, He is correct. Because there is no Facebook post in relation to the protest invite, given that I intended to post and promote the invite after | had amassed a sufficient audience and could set a date. Due to the actions of the defendant leading to this litigation, | have not been able to do so. 21.In comparison, the Stopping the Fentanyl Crisis video received approximately 1100 views during the week it was permitted to promote on Facebook, and only approximately 100 since then promotions were rejected until now. 22.1 had originally planned the event for July/2022, then had to push that date to August because of the defendant's actions, and now ate completely uncertain of when to hold the event. | reasonably believe we will have a much lower turn out in the fall and winter, ‘as most people generally don't like the cold and rain when being outside, 23, Further, | need to raise the funds for the event. Website www.anonymouscanada.ora advertises several items for sale to raise money, but the website is currently set to pre-order because very litle traffic is visiting the site. The purpose of the Facebook promotions was to direct people to the website. Soreenshots of some of the items for sale are hereby attached EXHIBIT D pages 1-3, and the ABOUT page attached EXHIBIT D page 4. 24, My plan was a protest March past the United States embassy, and in fact I have already scouted the embassy on or about December 11, 2021, and hereby attach several photographs | made as EXHIBITS D pages 5-8. 25, Because | am currently paying $225 a month for the masks to be stored in Chillwack storage unit using my friend Steve Malin, and | am uncertain of the outcome of these proceedings, | have contacted several Canadian discounters to liquidate the masks for Halloween costumes, to mitigate damages and the possibility we won't be able to hold the event at all because of the actions of the defendant. Such emails are hereby attached EXHIBIT D pages 9-11, 26. In response to the defense’s argument that | must make an undertaking for damages, if 80 ordered by the court | hereby undertake to pay any damages incurred by the defendant as a result of the ordering of interlocutory injunctions. That being said, | reasonably believe that since | will be paying for advertising, and there is no additional expense or inconvenience to the defendant in simply approving the promotions, that the defendant will suffer no damages whatsoever and in fact will prof by these injunetions. ‘Tho Eazy of Cra gove not elto to content ‘Vambssade di Carada to vad pas le contenu da 4 ‘rbeent cocument 27. In response to the defense position regarding jurisdiction, the defense filed a response to Notice of Civil Claim without filing a jurisdictional response form (108), and has not filed any application for a stay of proceedings at the time of swearing this affidavit, A screenshot of the filed documents on the BC Court Services website is hereby attached EXHIBIT D page 12. | have paid to download both Responses to Civil Claim’s filed on August 3, 2022, and at first glance both appear to be identical. Neither are a form 108 Jurisdictional response, 28. Mr, Omenugha in his affidavit makes comment on some of the videos that are linked to the impugned posts on my Facebook pages. As such, | will summarize the contents of my postsivideos: a. (Exhibit C page 7 of 1st affidavit of Jonathan Bily In these proceedings) The video linked to the post entitled Commandant Henry starts with a statement that this information is in no way intended to replace vaccines. The video goes on to discuss the short period of effectiveness of the Pfizer vaccine, and the need for frequent vaccinations. The video quotes peer reviewed scientific studies from the University of Waterloo and the University of Oregon, which have concluded that certain cannibionidols (CBD's) have demonstrated in the laboratory a high efficacy at preventing Covid-19 infection, wherein the CBD binds with the Covid spike protein. The video goes on to say that epileptics taking a commercial form of CBD called Epodiolex were found in a study in March of 2021 to be ten times less likely to contract Covid-19. The video questions why our provincial health officers aren't mentioning this as a supplement to vaccines, wherein CBD's may help eradicate Covid. b. (Exhibit C page 5 of 1st affidavit of Jonathan Bily in these proceedings) The video and post entitled The RCMP Today discusses the trial of Cameron Ortiz, a top RCMP advisor on trial for selling RCMP secrets to criminals and foreign entities, and the findings of former Supreme Court justice Michel Bastarache regarding toxic RCMP culture for condoning racism, mysogynism, sexual harrasment, and violent behavior. The video proceeds with several short video clips of Canadian police officers engaged in highly violent behavior towards suspects in many cases where it appears the suspect is cooperative or surrendering, c. (EXHIBIT E page 10 of the ‘st affidavit of Jonathan Bily In these proceedings) The video entitled Canadian Genocide, in which two scenes depicts former prime minister and Indian Affairs minister Jean Chretien with a ‘swastika behind him, with several comparisons to how residential schools often met the definition of concentration camps, especially when the children were forced into labour such as sugar beet fields and other work camps. The video visually portrays how the RCMP and members of the church forcefully abducted children from their parents, and the atrocities the children often endured, ‘ho Ents of Cong on nat aka conto ‘Cambassade du Canada ne valde pas le contenu du 5 rézent document d. The video and post ICBC Autoscam heavily (EXHIBIT C pages 2, 4 of the 1st affidavit of Jonathan Bily in these proceedings) criticizes the new no fault system, the loss of the ability to sue a clearly at fault party, the loss of personal injury lawyer representation because they only work on contingency, how a victim Is no longer entitled to compensation for pain and suffering or lost earning ‘capacity, how a victim is now at the merey of his/her ICBC adjuster, how ICBC adjusters are now abusing their increased power and lack of accountability, and calls for heavily regulated private insurance in place of ICBC. Much of the video is based on my personal experience with ICBC. The video also compares the new system to that of communism, where privatization and consumer choice are completely removed. @. The video and post entitled Billionaires Not Solving Our Problems (EXHIBIT C page 6 of the ‘st affidavit of Jonathan Bily in these proceedings) discusses how Earth has been dealing with record temperatures, record fires, record flooding, record droughts, and record storms, while billionaires such as Jefif Bezos are focused on creating a space tourism industry, and Elon Musk’s primary focus appears to have shifted to buying Twitter. The video of oriticizes that these people are not doing more to solve climate change. The video does not eriticize or make reference to Mark Zuckerberg. {The post of the winter greenhouse (EXHIBIT F page 2 of the ‘st affidavit of Jonathan Bily in these proceedings) contains artistic depictions of a technologically advanced greenhouse | invented and filed for patents in Canada and the United States. There are several technological solutions of utilizing waste flare gas and waste steam from an oil rig or refinery, and storing the energy as both heat and electricity. The primary invention is a light emitting diode (LED) light moving system, which retracts during the day to avoid blocking natural sunlight, then deploys automatically at night using a cable/pulley system to match the ever changing plant canopy using proximity sensors. The advantage over the status quo is that commercial greenhouses generally have the arifcial lights positioned high above the plants, which causes much light to spill out of the greenhouse sides and be wasted. 9g. The video entitled Stopping the Fentanyl Crisis discusses the use of respiratory stimulants to prevent opioid overdose, and that a demonstration video released by the RCMP about the equipment used to mix fentanyl will kill numerous people If followed verbatim, because dry mixing creates undissolved chunks of drug called "hot spots”, The video criticizes the RCMP for releasing such a video. 29, Mark Omenugha at paragraph 43 of his 1st affidavit states the narrator offers no proof or further explanation in Stopping the Fentanyl Crisis, but | cannot in any way agree with this statement. On the contrary, the video cites numerous studies and Wikipedia articles “Tho Enbasty of cana os a to caret of Fambossad du cart ae pase conan pent document. regarding respiratory stimulants and their use in preventing opioid overdose (heroine, fentanyl, morphine, oxycodone, etc), where some screenshots are hereby attached EXHIBIT E pages 1-5. The narrator refers to animal studies which prove opioid death can be prevented with respiratory stimulants, and criticizes the FDA and Health Canada for not allowing human trials. 30. The post starting with the phrase, "This is an Open Letter to Mark Zuckerberg’, EXHIBIT F page 3 of my ‘st affidavit in these proceedings, is a request to Mark Zuckerberg to assist me in donating the cryptocurrency system Carbonite to establish 2 non-profit foundation, and to use the funds to fight climate change. This post has been continually rejected, and | have never received any kind of reply from Mark Zuckerberg. 31. In comparison to the depictions of the aforementioned Facebook posts and videos, two late 1800's cartoons | obtained from the internet of prime ministers Sir John A. MacDonald and Sir Alexander McKenzie, created by Canadian cartoonist John Wilson Bengough are attached EXHIBIT E pages 6-7. Wikipedia states Mr. Bengough was dedicated to the Liberal party of Canada, and is reputed as being Canada’s first political cartoonist. 32, Mr. Omenugha states in his affidavit in reference to the video CIA Killings in Canada, he believes | am the Cana ientist referred to in the video. He is correct. | am classified as a Citizen Scientist (CS), which is defined by the Oxford Dictionary as “the collection and analysis of data relating to the natural world by members of the general public, typically as part of a collaborative project with professional scientists’. 33. The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), states publicly regarding Citizen Science, “Formally, citizen science refers to the general public engagement in scientific research activities when citizens actively contribute to science either with their intellectual effort or surrounding knowledge or with their tools and resources", 34. | actively collaborate with accredited scientists, wherein for example | have invented 2 drone based seaweed harvesting system depicted as one of my Facebook posts as EXHIBIT F page 1 of my ‘st affidavit in these proceedings. 36. Dr, Christoph Pahl (physics), who is publicly accredited with working at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) on the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider, is my co-author of the physical model analyzing the predicted increase in efficiency of my technology vs. conventional harvesting technology. 1 worked with Dr. Pahl for over 15 months between 2020 and 2021 on a complex physical model currently Predicting a 560% increase in efficiency, the model represented on paper hereby attached EXHIBIT F pages 1-16, 36. Regarding the video CIA Killings in Canada, Mr. Omenugha includes a number of ‘screenshots including a deep fake of Hillary Clinton. | chose to include Hillary Clinton in To Enbany of Cogan donno att ctr t i oosment LLembassace du Canada no vate pase contenu du present document the video because around six weeks after | presented the cryptocurrenoy technology at UC Berkeley, Hillary Clinton made a public statement saying cryptocurrencies will “destabilize nations’, threaten the United States dollar as the global reserve, and she warns of ‘non-state actors" that are seeking to destabilize the United States economy. A screenshot of a Bloomberg article is hereby attached EXHIBIT F page 17. 37. In his affidavit, Mr. Omenugha has produced comments | made regarding incidents Which | believe were other attempts to cause physical harm to me. Those attempts are desorbed in greater detail forthwith. These were comments on a CIA Killings in Canada post, and not the actual posts themselves. They can be easily deleted by myself or Facebook, wherein the post would be unaffected, 38. Facebook cleary states they will flag and sometimes delete false news or misleading information, a screenshot hereby attached EXHIBIT F page 18. None of my content on the AnonsCanada or Island Irish Moss Foundation has ever been flagged or deleted as such. 39. On June 22-23, 2022, | had an unprecedented series of events, summarized as follows: a. In the moming, my fully boarded TAP Portugal flight from Malaga, Spain, to Lisbon, Portugal, was about an hour late from take off as the pilot could be heard shouting repeatedly through the cockpit door "No entiendo!”, and sounded very upset. | am licensed pilot myself and I've never seen a pilot shouting so confused and upset; b. A flight attendant during our fight stated our specific fight was denied takeoff for incomplete paperwork, and she stated this kind of delay has only happened in the past during military exercises which were not currently occurring; ©. Myself and approximately 10 others missed our connecting flight to Montreal, Wherein everyone else on my connecting flight was provided replacement tickets, but | was informed my ticket had been rerouted to Amsterdam and | required customer service to correct this, to which there was no explanation. | was the only person in the group who had this problem which | perceived as statistically unlikely; d. When we arrived in Toronto, one of my bags containing my iMac and heart medications was missing but my other bag arrived, wherein no other person from the group of the delayed flight appeared to be missing a bag because none of them ended up at the missing baggage kiosk, which | considered even more statistically unlikely. The bag has never been found, which is even more statistically unlikely; ‘The Embassy of Canada doesnot valde the content of his document. [Eambassade du Canada valde pas contana du préson dooumont e. | missed my connecting fight as a result of searching for the missing bag, wherein I spent the night at an AirBNB in Toronto; 4. The next day | returned to the airport wherein a manager from TAP Portugal told ‘me my missing bag was highly unusual because bags are virtually always lost as ‘a group. | later reported to Peel Regional Police that | believed my bag had been stolen from a CBSA controlled area and asked them to review the video, but the police eventually refused to investigate, a screenshot of the email refusal is hereby attached EXHIBIT G page 1: g. I spoke with a Canada Border Services agent in Vancouver airport on June 24th who told me the Peel Regional Police are required to investigate the theft; and h, The manager of TAP Portugal provided me a ticket fo fly to Vancouver on the morning of June 24th, and provided me with accommodations in the Marriott Courtyard for the night of June 23rd, which the manager stated was used regularly for their customers dealing with delays from the airline, 40. Perhaps an hour after checking into my room, I entered the down elevator which had a small, redheaded woman wearing circular purple glasses, with a large purse on her right shoulder, and may have been wearing a wig because there was no observable hairline. | said "hello" to which she did not respond. She appeared nervous and after | entered the elevator, immediately started going through her purse in a frantic manner, as well turned her body so | couldn't see what she was looking for. She appeared to be trying to conceal the contents of her purse. 41.1 observed her tilt her right arm about 45 degrees, and appeared to clutch a handl her purse by flexing her forearms muscles, but continued going through her purse with her left hand. The elevator arrived at the ground floor and opened. | stood there watching in bewilderment of this woman's unusual activity, and would not take my eyes off her. 42, She appeared to want me to exit the elevator first by turing her head to look at me, then returning to her purse, to which | stood there and extended my left hand to direct her to go first. After several seconds, she exited ahead of me as the elevator door was closing. I was concerned she had a weapon of some sort in her purse and | was unwilling to turn my back to her. 43. observed later that the lobby cameras did not face the elevators, and if she had done ‘something from my behind, it would have not been caught on the surveillance system. 44, Based on the highly unusual events of the past 48 hours, and the predictability of me being at the Marriott, | became very suspicious. | went back to my room to obiain a small body camera in my hotel room, which | had purchased in Spain a couple days earlier to tty and record any other suspicious or unusual activity. | then proceed outside for a cigarette while recording. At that time, | had not set the date and time on the bodyeam. 45, When | retumed to the lobby, there was the front desk on the right. I noticed two men and a woman who were standing to my left, on the opposite side of the front desk from the walkway, and the men were holding onto their bag handles but were entirely stationary. 46. The woman was holding what appeared to be a cell phone with her left hand and typing with her right hand while leaning back against an ice machine, a blurry screenshot from the bodycam hereby attached EXHIBIT G page 2. They appeared to be waiting for something and relaxed, but at this point in time did not appear to have observed me. 47. Then the bald man in a green shirt looked directly at me, a blurry screenshot from the bodycam video is hereby attached EXHIBIT G page 3. 48. | heard a mumble from one of them, wherein possibly but not for certain the male in the green shirt said “There he is". | proceeded forward to press an elevator call button (EXHIBIT G page 4), which does not appear illuminated, causing the elevator door to open immediately because the left elevator was clearly already on the ground floor. 49. Before I had even pressed the button, | could hear the wheels rolling on one of the three Peoples luggage, and | have confirmed this on the recorded video. This alerted me right away because they were rolling fast. | observed the three people who I had now passed, move from completely stationary to rushing (almost running) to the elevator to enter with me, wherein the woman had grabbed her bag and had stopped typing. 50. | found this behaviour immediately odd, rude, and forceful, because they appeared to be waiting for me, as they immediately went from a static, relaxed position to forcing themselves into an elevator they did not order, when they did not appear to be waiting for the elevator a few seconds ago. So, | decided not to enter the elevator with them. 1. rather backed off and photographed them with the bodycam, one of the photographs attached EXHIBIT G page &. Other photographs of them in the elevator are in the tst affidavit of Mark Omenugha. 52.| have clear audio recorded in a file of one of the men asking the oth er two, “Are we alll cn the same floor?”, while the other man says softly, “Yeah. 83. At the time, | suspected the timing of the question was staged and the words of this question a paradox, because no one ever stated their relative floor. Also, they were all waiting together, so it seemed unlikely to me at the time they didn't know each other's floor, | have reviewed the audio and video recording in depth and multiple times. ‘Te Enbazey of Canada gos nat vata tect ot a 10 document Combassade du Canc na valde psf contena ‘pont document. 54, | later found their behavior remarkably similar to a video | watched of an assassination carried out at a Dubai hotel, on a Hamas leader by a suspected Mossad assassination team. Two of the assassins rushed with tennis rackets to enter the elevator with their intended target, as seen in this screenshot from ABC News hereby attached EXHIBIT G page 6. A CIA agent interviewed confirms an 11 person team is needed for a successful assassination. 55, One very unusual item | notice at EXHIBIT G page 5 is that the woman has a prominent, thick external antenna on her unusually large cell phone, which | know from extensive use of virtually every cell phone technology from year 1998 until now, as well as satelite phones and commercial network devices, that external antennas have not been normally used for 10-15 years on consumer cell phones, since the dawn of smartphone and microcell technology. 56. From my extensive knowledge of radio electronics, the external antenna could be a long range signal booster which is a commercial accessory, the device could be a two way radio that communicates directly with other devices nearby, or this cell phone may be a disguised device on which to spray a toxic liquid substance onto a nearby target. 57. For example, Khaled Mashaal was sprayed in the ear with a toxic substance in Jordan in 1997 by a Mossad agent, intended to appear as death by natural causes, where Mossad commander Mishka Ben-David shortly afterwards provided an antidote as part of a deal, when the assassins were caught and authorities called. 58. | reported both incidents to the front desk manager of the hotel and asked the man | spoke with to ensure the video footage remained intact. On the 26th of June, | phoned the Peel Regional Police and reported both incidents, and was told ! would receive a call back from an investigating officer, but no one ever called back. 59, The reporting to the front desk was at approximately 11pm at night on my cell phone. The keypad on the phone in the room was non-functional and | suspected may have been disabled. | later handed the phone to the front desk clerk and asked him to place in his safe, as | was heading to the pharmacy for an emergency replacement of my heart medications that were in my lost baggage. The pharmacy was open until midnight. 60. The building seemed relatively quiet at 11pm, but while I was reporting the incident to the front desk on the phone and | was reasonably audible and upset, | could hear numerous doors closing and people rushing down the hallway as I was speaking to the front desk clerk who identified himself as “James”. Because the hallway went from quiet to seemingly quite busy, | concluded that a group of people were now exiting from the bullding in a hurry. ‘The Embesay of Canada does ar coca not vata conten of [Comtassado ds Canada no valde pe ie contenu ‘rant document ene 1 61. In Vancouver I booked an AirBNB in Vancouver starting on June 24, 2022, a screenshot of the itinerary is hereby attached EXHIBIT H page 1. | had a number of unusual occurrences, described forthwith, 62. On June 25, 2022, a van appeared in front of the residence that had no way of seeing into the back, with completely blacked out rear windows with no light passing through and a wooden barrier preventing seeing into the back from the driver area. A photograph | made is hereby attached EXHIBIT H page 2, wherein | photographed the van because it seemed like an ideal mobile command post or means of kidnapping @ person. | therefore refused to leave my room after dark, and stayed away from the van. 63. | am generally excellent at guessing where a person is from based on their accent, As a stagehand for 13 years, most of the “Roadies” | work with are American, and Country music performance crews such as Garth Brooks or Carey Underwood are almost exclusively from Nashville, Tennessee. Slang such as the words, "Y'all" also assist me in identifying an American. | can almost fluently distinguish a person from California from Texas, or relative regions of the United States. 64, While | was leaving on the morning of the 27th, a middle aged brunette caucasian woman with a distinctive American accent appeared from a lower bedroom and asked me in almost a concerned tone, “Are you leaving?’. | gave her a puzzled look without answering, because | had never seen nor interacted with this woman before. She then paused and said, "We were going to leave you some food’. I declined because it made no sense and was suspicious to me why a complete stranger would want to give me food, 65. | walked a short distance, then used my phone to order an Uber car to the Oakridge SkyTrain station, and proceeded to the subterranean area. | was shortly afterwards approached by @ small brown man who was holding his cell phone, wherein he tried to approach me closely and have me look at his cell phone, to which he became so close without my permission | pushed him back with my hand and exclaimed, "Hey, I don't know you. Keep your distance from me". 66. The man seemed unphased, Kept looking at his phone, and proceeded to exit the SkyTrain area. 1 cannot think of any occasion where a complete stranger had approached me so closely to show me something in publio, without any permission from me. He never apologized, nor did he approach any other person in my view, but rather left the SkyTrain area while continuing to look at his phone. 67. | entered the next train heading towards Waterfront, and on the next station or perhaps station after that, an older man perhaps in his 50's who was wearing crutches sat down across from me. | didn't pay much attention at first, and was focused on my phone responding to an email. We arrived at the Waterfront station, but because I was occupied writing an email | did not notice until the train was proceeding the opposite direction that ‘basry of Canada dos rt ei is deeurere ent 42 (Comboseade du Gena ra vaio pas lo conta ds ‘résntdocumont | had missed the last stop. | then noticed everyone around me had exited except the man with crutches, and there were new people around me on the train. 68. | asked one of the new people if the previous station was Waterfront, to which he said yes. The man with crutches then addressed me and seemed to indicate he had made the same mistake, then asked me where | was going. | responded, “Surrey’, He appeared to be the only person other than me who was an original passenger on the train, 69. The man with crutches then exited the train with me at the next station Vancouver Centre, and we proceeded to the other platform through a walkway, There were no other people proceeding with us that | observed. The man with crutches did not appear to struggle and moved relatively fast. Although he may have limped due to the apparatus, he did not appear crippled and moved faster than me with my suitcase on rollers. 70. The man with crutches was to my right and | observed him articulate his right crutch sideways in which | have never seen a crutch bend to such a dramatic degree or direction (perhaps 70 degrees), where the right crutch was now lined up almost perfectly with my centre body mass. Although it was a short look, it appeared he was using his hand grip as a joystick to turret the crutch. 71. He also said something simultaneously about the exit door to my left, as to seemingly {get me to turn away from him, even though this made no sense because we were clearly both taking the opposing train back to Waterfront. | immediately identified the barrel as a concealed weapon and jumped backwards out of the way while shouting a gasp in fright. 72.1 later searched the internet thoroughly and researched many types of sophisticated crutches with prismatic joints, and | could find no crutch that bends in such dramatic ways. The closest | could find to the degree of bending was a .22 calibre firearm concealed as a crutch in the movie Day of the Jackal, such movie | have never seen, @ screenshot hereby attached EXHIBIT H page 3. | also learned the crutch gun is a real ‘weapon, a scfeenshot of a man demonstrating the weapon before actually firing is, hereby attached EXHIBIT H page 4. This similarity is of course excluding the rifle scope. 73. A major difference is that the barrel was pointed at me inverted from these images, as to come from the man's hip, but the crutch was bent at a similar angle to the previous photos, If | was to describe how fast he moved and pointed the barrel of the crutch at my centre mass, | would refer to him as Clint Eastwood drawing his gun from the hip. 74. In my whole life | am confident no person with a crutch has ever pointed it at me aligned with my centre body mass, and certainly not by bending the crutch. The speed and precision at which he pointed this device at me appeared to me that he was highly skilled with the device, ‘Tho mnany of Canad ns nt yak th conn ambessade du canada suds ae peace n 13 78. After | jumped back out of the way of the crutch barrel and shrieked, the man then exclaimed, "Oh!" with a tone | interpreted was of disappointment. He then bent the right ‘orutch slightly in a manner so it was no longer directly pointing at me, where | observed it bend slightly in the middle almost like a slight zig zag, and then pointed his crutch straight up in the air very similar to how a soldier carries his weapon, although he held more away from his body. The screenshot example hereby attached EXHIBIT H page 6. 76. The man then proceeded to the platform and started texting on his phone and seemed to completely ignore me, wherein | photographed him hereby attached EXHIBIT H page 6. There is a post regarding this interaction on the AnonsCanada Facebook page. 77.1 kept my distance and entered a different train car, then exited the train, | was very scared and didn't know what to do, and very much regret now I did not call 911 at that time. | was concerned about getting away from the man, and anyone else he may be with, | later reported the matter to the Vancouver Transit Police realizing the entire incident was probably caught on camera. | gave the police an almost identical account to which | am giving now. | believed the entire incident was caught on camera. 78. It took over two weeks and several demands from me before Constable Hu contacted me after observing the video, to which he indicated the entire incident was not caught on camera. Screenshots of two emails are hereby attached EXHIBIT H pages 7-8. 79, Based on my research regarding crutches, and my knowledge of crutches before the aforementioned incident from having used crutches in the past from sprains and a broken tibia, | reasonably believe the apparatus the aforementioned man possessed was not a crutch at all, but rather a concealed projectile weapon. 80. Because of the many attacks on me, | have sought to publicly identify by name, description, photograph, or by any means possible, any person who | believe may be acting with hostility towards me, with the intent of making these attacks public, who | reasonably believe may be agents or people acting on behalf of the United States government. 81. There may be other reasons why I would be perceived as an enemy of the United States government, One of my Facebook profile pictures which was visible during the beginning of my schooling at UC Berkeley Haas, the public profile photo hereby attached EXHIBIT Ipage 1 82, Behind my cryptocurrency mining operation | was repairing, | am wearing a famous black and yellow striped Fred Perry shirt which was adopted by the Proud Boys, a far right neofacist group who are officially declared terrorist organizations in Canada and New Zealand. Several members are currently facing trial for their involvement in the January 6, 2021 insurrection of the United States Capitol. Fred Perry's comments regarding this, shirt are hereby attached as a screenshot EXHIBIT | page 2. Te Endosc Canin don oti cntortt 14 {anbacsde cu Canada Velo pus contr du privet document 83. | formerly wore the shirt because it was a rare collector item that | had to have shipped from Australia, and because it was intended as humour towards a shirt that was famous decades before it was adopted by the Proud Boys as their formal uniform. | have never spoken to, met, or otherwise interacted with anyone from the Proud Boys, | am not far right wing politically by any means, and my wearing was done as a silent protest that no law in a free and democratic society can forbid someone from wearing a shirt. 84, Prior to October 4, 2021, | have never accused any person privately or publicly of trying to kill me, and since then | reasonably believe based on the evidence in my two affidavits there have been several attempts. If » question about a specific value cannot be answered at the moment, an estimate is used in the model. For a more representative analysis we will later extract a current distribution from the table and run the comparisons conventional / uncabled grid, conventional / cabled grid based on the distribution 1.3. Sea Water Current Effect Seawater currents change the effective path length covered by the vessel. Every current can be split up in a logitudinal ‘component and a tranversal component. They have different effects: + the longitudinal component cannot be eliminated. Ta case every length is covered equal times forward as backward, the effect however sums up to zero + tho transversal current component leads to an effective path length augmentation as illustrated in the following figure by two rectongulor triangles (the transversal component ean be eliminated by guiding the vessel along a euble - this is only viable for the later discussed grid harvester) “Tne Embasey of Canad dose not vada th contont of hi document. L ZL congruent oa to vectors: Ves res Figure 1: Geometrical Analysis of the Effect of Seswater Currents. If the vessel didn’t fight against the current, it would drift off the transversal length Ly while covering the longitudinal length L. By fighting against the current, it effectively covers Lz in the other direction. With vp the transversal curront velocity, the shown similarity of length- and veloeity vectors allows to read off the relation from effective length Les to vessel velocity tyes and effective velocity trees Free _ Wee Dee In the vector triangle it holds of, = of +v2,, and thus L Lees ™ (or/oves) So the effective path length can easily be calculated, provided vessel and transverse current velocities are known. 2 Model Output Variables 2.1 Time to Harvest the Seaweed This time gives the dur while the apparatus works, ‘+ setup: and removal times of the two systems are of interest - 7? and thus are added + grid setup takes longer than conventional vessel !!? + limited by = vessel's Skn ? = drone’s 3len? = flow rote? 2.2 Energy needed ‘The essential difference between the two technologies lies in the transport of the harvested seaweed. For the start the transport energy costs are simply assumed proportional to transporied mass M and covered distance D, so + transport energy Is expressed via a proportionality factor, Biy = cir “MD + the resulting transport efficiency is then er = (However, there exist differences between cg values. Margins can be established by calculations with different solids.) We do not include humen energy in the comparison, It will be approximately identical for both technologies and harvesting could be performed in a (semi-)autonomous way. ‘The Emseey of Canada dose not alate content of is coounent| [Bamibsasede au Canoga ne valde paso contons ds present document, 3 Conventional Vessel Harvesting 3.1 Introduction ‘The following figure shows the conventional vessel harvesting system in elevation, while harvesting the seaweed field Phew Whew ——<« Figure 2: Conventional Harvestor System harvesting the Seaweed Field (Elevation, Including the Vessel Path) ‘Tho Embassy of Conada does et vaso th content of "Bs document ‘¥ombassade eu Canada no vaio pos fo conten du pont doounent Mechanized seaweed harvesting watercraft may utilize a hydraulic crane to lift the seaweed onto the vessel (Photo), or @ cutting mechanism coupled with a conveyor (photo). In the turns there are two possibilities: 1. simple turns. To enable them, the drone will not go to the field end, so this leaves some parts unharvested. The ty of them could be harvested during the next harvest by displacing the laps; however never completely. Also ‘the very first and last laps will not be displaced, so the second and but-last are ~50% redundant 2. ima lawn-mower fashion: + harvest until the field end + go back to enable a 90° tam + having turned, horvest until the center between the following backward lap and the next forward lap go back to enable a further 90° tum, having tured, harvest the backward lap "The two 90° turns together form a strict semi-eycle. UNDER ASSUMPTION VESSEL CONTINUOUSLY MOVING, CAN WE MAKE THIS? + the energy needed for one lap is (2.25 + 0.23) x 10+ m ((2.55 + 0.28) x 10m) when excluding (including) LMMs 4.4.2.3 Vessel The primary vesel (and only the primary vessel) is tracted by a cable which gives almost perfect (~99%) mechanical efficiency [reference]. Propeller efficiencies are ~60% [reference]. At the momént we have no absolute energy ‘numbers yet, so the correction is quantified simply by multiplying The vessel transport energy with a factor 60%/00% Again assuming the load mass constant, My = Moy,s/2 gives a result identical to integrating up Mz = 0..Myw,h . The energy needed for moving the primary vessel Way forward amounts to (1.15 + 0.18) x 10° (arbitrary units) 4.4.2.4 Pumping The eneray nooded for pumping is (1.49 + 0.80) x 10" ((1.68 40.82) x 10") im arbitrary units when excluding (inchuding) LMMs. 4.4.3 Energy Contributions for All Laps . + the mumber of laps is 9 (this should be an énteger) + primary vessel neods (1.04+/-0.18)e-+07 (arbitrary units) + the harvesting hoad consumes (1.8 + 0.4) x 107 ((2.2 + 0.5) x 10") arbitrary units of energy when exclu MMs + the hose needs (2.02 6 (including) 0.21) x 10° ((2.30 + 0.24) x 108) arbitrary units of energy when excluding (including) LMMs + pumping needs (1.49 + 0.90) x 107 ((1.58 + 0.82) x 107) arbitrary units of energy when excluding (ineluding) LMMs ‘The total consumed energy in arbitrary units when excluding (including) LMMSs is then (4.2 + 0.5) x 10” ((4.8-+ 0.6) x 10”) So including LMMs needs mote energy than excluding them by a factor of 1.131 + 0.013. So including MMs, 2.8% are won. 4.4.5 Conclusion + omitting the lawn mower moves looses (only) 2.8% ofthe seasreed + performing them gets all weed, but costs 11% more energy. So that’s rather not worth it displacing in the following harvest the laps by balf of thelr width performs two laps which are only half filled (but pick up the previously left over 2.8%). There are 8 laps, so this costs 1/8 more eneray ~17%. This is +8% when averaged over the two harvosis: almost es ineficent as the LMMs So it is most efficient to let the 2.8% sink to the ground. 4.5 Results ‘To Ena of Canada dw ayaa conten of jecoeamene i {Vambassade du Canaca re vaido pase cortnu du 4.6 Travel Distances prisentdocumont for head and hose excluding (including) LMMs Quantity ‘Variable 7 Calcalation ‘Typical Value Primary Vessel Travel Distance Tage 90.0% Harvesting Head Travel Distance Ng Lan 1350, 1710m Average Hose Element Travel Distance Nar Lhe 742.5, 792m ‘Table 6: By the grid harvesting model predicted quantities. 4.7 Energy efficiency CV vs grid (optionally LMMs) ‘The following table comperes conventional harvest with grid harvest excluding and including LMMs, quoting energy in 1000 arbitrary units, KAU.
