 Task 1           
1.   What is the meaning of Sigbin among Warays?           
2. The Sigbin is originally from the Warays. This is a cross breed of goat, dog, and
kangaroo which is said to suck blood of victims through their shadow.          
3. The Waray term Sigbin is a mythical monster which is a cross breed of goat, dog, and
kangaroo who is said to suck blood of victims through their shadow.

Task II

I.   Introduction      
In Philippine mythology, the Sigbin or Sigben is said to come out at night to suck the blood of
victims from their shadows. The Waray term Sigbin is a mythical monster which is a cross breed of goat,
dog, and kangaroo who is said to suck blood of victims through their shadow.

II.   Body Paragraph 1


In Mythika: Sigbin mostly attack sleeping creatures and drain away their shadow, so they freeze
to death.

III.   Body Paragraph 2


Sigbin often serve Aswang and Gaueko as pets and familiars, they can sniff out shadows and this
is a very handy ability to have for such creatures, they use the Sigbin as a tracking dog.

IV. Body Paragraph 3


Sigbin are psychically weak creatures and the only way to return the shadow of a victim is by
slaying the Sigbin fast after it drained away a shadow.

V. Conclusion     
Although Sigbins were known to be hideous and powerful mythical creatures, still, they remain a
myth among Warays and Filipinos.
