INTERNSHIP ACCEPTANCE LETTER FROM

Dear Ms. Amanda Miller, 

Good day!

This letter is to confirm to you that the student Katherine Lucas has been offered an internship with Claude
Corporation under the supervision of Lucia Monet.

In order to receive credit, the student’s internship experience must meet the standard requirements. I affirm
that this internship is a total of 8 weeks and 40 hours per week, which sums to 320 hours for the entire
duration. The work is on-site and includes meaningful tasks that focus on developing the knowledge, skills,
and abilities of the student that are applicable to future employment opportunities. An on-site supervisor will
conduct weekly check-in meetings to discuss the work progress and write a final evaluation report.

The internship program will start on July 12, 2030 and end on September 6, 2030 or until the student
completes the required number of internship hours.
