☐ The Service Provider reserves the right to revise a material related to the service to provided
as to ensure compliance to laws especially the Intellectual Property Code with proper
communication to the client.

☐ The finished product and other associated materials are the intellectual property of the client
and as such, the Service Provider is expected to refrain from sharing the material in print or in
any other media to another party outside of the Client.

☐ The Service Provider must still be appropriately attributed in conjunction with the Service
Provider’s moral rights under the Intellectual Property Code.

☐ For noncompliance with the schedule as stipulated in “Section II – SERVICE PROVIDED,”
a penalty of 1% from the total fees will be deducted for every day of delay incurred.
