Servicing and adjustment will be provided free of cost as per the contract provided that the need arises from normal usage and not from abuse, labour dispute, fire (water explosion or as a result of improper power, water or environmental conditions as these are the responsibility of the customer /user. 2. Call is defined as service required because of equipments malfunctioning not due to customer's misuse/operator's negligence/use of unauthorized parts or lack of normal maintenance by the customer. The customer/user shall give his full co-operation in providing assistance in the form of manual labour to assist in moving or transportation of heavy items/equipment(s) and also services of electrician/plumber/carpenter or other crafismen where such services may be necessary to modify the equipment(s)/instrument(s) at the customer's facility. Such service is to be provided promptly and at the cost of the customer/user. 3. Alll services are to be performed in mutual trust and faith. No responsibility can be assumed for the delay by supplier in providing material or service due to acts of God, decrees or acts of government/s, strikes/ bandhs or other causes beyond the control of the supplier. 4. The firm reserves the right to cancel the contract for any equipment(s) that is moved to another location during the period after the contract is in force or when customer /user refuses to co- operate in providing information by phone/other source, other than the Engineer, authorized by the firm to perform servicing of the equipment. If the Contract is cancelled, the customer/user will be liable for the payments of CMC charges. 5.
