owing to the COVID 19
The teachers at Aplaya
National High School created the
project I CARE- Intervention for
Comprehension and Reading
Enhancement to help the pupils
who require reading assistance,
Teaching young people, especially
during this pandemic, is a huge
challenge.

Aplaya National High School was given a chance to conduct its
Limited Face-to-Face classes last March 4, 2022. It is the best
time for the english teachers to continue the implementation of
the project and see the students read face-to-face. Following the
health protocol, the teachers started the reading activity to
