Mango Ice candy

Ingredients:

 2 liters of water
 1 kg ripe mangoes
 370 mL evaporated milk
 1 ½ cup sugar (adjust as needed)
 1 can condensed milk (330g)
 1 cup cassava flour or cornstarch

Procedure:

1. Boil 2 liters of water


2. Slice the mangoes
3. Get portion and put in the blender with ½ can of evaporated milk. Blend until smooth.
Set aside
4. Add sugar to the boiling water
5. Add condensed milk
6. Add evaporated milk
7. Add blended mango
8. Add food coloring (optional)
9. Add mango tidbits (optional)
10. Boil
11. Dissolve 1 cup cornstarch. Make sure there is no lumps. Add to the mixture.
12. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes or until thick (low heat)
13. Let it cool. Pack. Freeze
