We, the bona-fide students at Samar State University, taking up Bachelor of

Science in Civil Engineering would like to conduct a study entitled “PUMP WELL
GROUNDWATER PROFILING AS A WATER SUPPLY IN BARANGAY SAN
ROQUE, CATBALOGAN CITY”.

We are on the process of gathering data needed for the approval of our thesis title.
In connection with this matter, we would like to know if there were any recorded cases of
water-borne diseases (e.g., diarrhea, cholera, typhoid fever, skin diseases) or any health-
related conditions in the barangay, which was specifically caused from the pump well
water supply in the area.
