To perform the CE Password Reset:
1. Press Menu
2. Touch [Counter].
3. Touch the following keys in this order
Stop -> 0 -> 0 -> Stop -> 0 -> 1
4. Touch the following keys in this order
Stop -> Clear

5. The following three (3) items are displayed.

Printer Serial Number
MAC address
CE Password Reset Request Code.
6. Verify that the serial number is correct. All letters must be in uppercase (CAPS).
7. Open a web browser to the following link.

8. Click on "Administrator Menu" In the upper right corner

9. Click Login
10. Click Issue Reset Code.
11. Enter Printer Serial Number, MAC address and CE Password Reset Request Code.

12. Click Issue.

13. Click OK.

14. LMS issues the CE Password Reset Code.

15. The LMS server will issue a CE Reset code. Save or print this code.

16. At the MFP, touch Reset Code Input.

17. Enter CE Password Reset Code.

18. CE password is reset to default "9272927292729272", and if the code is input correctly, the machine will automatically enter the Service Mode.

support center for further assistance.
