Distribution (Channel Management): Explain how customers receive their products.
Does the company distribute in more than one way (online, in store, vending
machine, etc.)?
They distribute through the restaurant, and an oline app, it can also be sold in vending
machines.
Promotion: Identify one current sales promotion that the company is running right
now. Identify an additional form of promotion that the company is doing
(customer reward program, tie in, sponsorship).
This company uses a reward card system for customers. So everytime you come and
order food you get points and once you get to a certain amount you can get free food.
Marketing Information Management: Identify two ways that the company can get
customer satisfaction data from customers. Does the company use social media
to gain customer information? What types (Facebook, Twitter, SnapChat,
Pinterest, etc.)? Identify three questions you would ask a customer to help you
gain feedback on the products the company offers.
This company uses social media like instagram and facebook.
Selling: Where are the products or services sold? Explain the forms of payment the
company accepts from its customers.
The payment is credit and debit cards. You can also use Apple pay and cash.
Financing: Is this a publicly traded company (listed on the stock exchange)? Does the
company offer any financing options for their customers (layaway, store credit
cards, etc.)?
No, our restaurant does not because it is a food store and doesn’t really use or need store credit
cards/layaway.
