Good day! 

I just want to inquire what has to be submitted to the Real Property Tax Assessor in order for the latter to
issue a corrected tax declaration? 

The issue is that Two companies (A and B) own a parcel of land in Kalibo, Aklan.
Company A constructed a building. B did not spend any amount for constructing the building. The Real
Property Tax Assessor of Aklan issued a tax declaration for the building in the name of Company A and
B.

A in negotiating with C for the latter’s lease of the building, C insists that since the tax declaration of the
building is in the name of A and B, then A and B should be indicated as lessors in the lease contract. B
objected.

So, what has to be submitted to the Real Property Tax Assessor in order for the latter to issue a corrected
tax declaration?
