informed that the modified Proforma-V of Continuous Internal Assessment
(CIA) of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to be followed by all
Polytechnics in AP. is here with enclosed.

In this connection, all the Principals of Government & Private

Polytechnics are requested to intimate the same to the staff members and
students.
