UN CERTIFICATION TEST
SAMPLE One set (8 Nos.) of fibre board drums, with top & bottom plywood sheets
DESCRIPTION pasted with plain kraft paper on both the sides. The drums were said to be used
for packing of the chemical reflected in the Certificate mentioned above.

For testing purpose, each drum was filled with 65 kg. of dummy material
equivalent to the density of the actual product packed in a poly bag. The open
end of the poly bag was twisted, folded and tied with jute twine. The drum was
closed with plywood lid and lever type metallic ring closure. The metallic ring
was locked with metal clip. The drum was reinforced with 2 Nos. of 12 mm
wide plastic straps, cross to each other at top & bottom.
