Documents to be submitted to obtain a Certificate confirming the right of
a citizen of a European Union member state of temporary residence in the
Republic of Lithuania:

1. Online Application form www.migracija.lt MIGRIS 2. Passport (or ID card) and Copy of all pages where are stamps or its copy Visa
3. Student status confirmation Will be provided by VMU Student Centre
(S. Daukanto g. 27, room 206, e-mail: studentas@vdu.lt ) 4. Bank statement with the - It must be an official original document amount of ~1548 EUR (for issued and stamped by the bank 1 year period) in it - Valid for 1 month after issue date (129 EUR is the minimum - Document must be in Lithuanian or amount you should have for English one month of living in Lithuania) 5. A health insurance and its European Health Insurance Card copy (medical care and repatriation) 6. Declaration of living place - You can declare your place of living at the Migration Department when you will collect a certificate - If student stays in the Dormitory of VMU, VMU Student Centre (studentas@vdu.lt, address S. Daukanto g. 27, room 206) provides necessary documents 6. Payment cheque 8,60 EUR can be paid at the Migration Department by submitting the documents, (Decision will be made within 1 month)
