Identify all deficiencies and deficiencies corrected on site . List out all deficiencies identified in the self-assessment Develop corrective action plan External Inspector: DuRw . Review the relevant checklist prior to inspection . Complete CAP inspector training course from CAP website and provide the certificate . Assist the internal inspector to verify the compliance . Verify the relevant record/evidence . Follow the instructions provided by CAP for inspection . Keep the fairness of inspection and identify all deficiencies and deficiencies corrected on site. . Assist Internal Inspector in creating the report.
