X-RAY RIGHT WRIST PA & LATERAL VIEWS (2 VIEWS)

CHIEF COMPLAIN: pain 

TECHNIQUE: PA and Lateral views.  

OBSERVATIONS:

  

Suggestion of small accessory ossicle / loose body at the radiocarpal joint region.

Significant reduced radio-carpal joint with marginal sclerosis and

marginal ostephytes at distal radius and at scaphoid.

Widened scapho-lunate joint.

  

Normal bone density.

Impression:

Chronic osteoarthritis changes of the wrist joint as above.

Advised clinopathological and old X-Ray correlation and further investigations / Follow up X-
Ray if clinically indicated.
