Personality Tests

Personality tests are designed to systematically elicit information about a person's

motivations, preferences, interests, emotional make-up, and style of interacting with
people and situations. Personality measures can be in the form of interviews, in-basket
exercises, observer ratings, or self-report inventories (i.e., questionnaires).

Personality self-report inventories typically ask applicants to rate their level of

agreement with a series of statements designed to measure their standing on relatively
stable personality traits. This information is used to generate a profile used to predict job
performance or satisfaction with certain aspects of the work.

TEST:
1. What do you believe to be your greatest life achievement?
❖ achievement is not what you reach nor you have. it's totally what you valued from
the very start. with that being said, my greatest life achievement is having my
family complete and still intact. caring my child since then, serving my partner and
pursuing my dream despite of this pandemic. achieving everything you dreamt is
worth celebrated for.
2. What methods do you take to stay cool when you're under undue pressure?
❖ pressure is everywhere. we cannot control things but we can control our
emotions, feelings and actions. I always looked back to what I am aiming for,
that's how I kept my cool. because, if we tag along with the situation, there's a
high chance that we will drown with the problem. pressure is not the enemy, it is
the challenge. we must proceed and fight not defeated.
3. What is the greatest injustice you’ve personally experienced?
❖ I dont know if i understand this question correctly but the greatest injustice i’ve
experienced is only they judge me as a teenage mom like im the oldest in 4
siblings, “you supposed to be a role model but you did that thing” i mean yes i
made mistake but i know that im a good mother and also a good daughter.
4. If you face a problem at work, what is the first thing you do?
❖ If I will, then I'll do nothing. everything is random and by that, we don't really need
to argue with the person but we can fix the problem. Work has a lot of pressure, all
are new to you, you are capable of doing mistakes and nothing is wrong with that.
once you're at work, we don't need to take the deal as big as we thought. let
yourself enjoy the environment and value your work.
5. What is the question people ask you most often?
❖ I'll answer this for you. no offense. “Why did you build a family at the very young
age?” this are the very common question I received every day. well, they will not
understand my situation and I am not obligated to answer them. i have my own
problems, i find my happiness in my partner, unexpectedly, yes, i have a child.
there's no moment in my life that i regret what I have done. having the guts to be
liable on everything you've done is power.
6. What is your best trait?
❖ Best trait is who you are known for. I am not the nicest person you can ever meet
but I am that one person who will listen to you, your problems, your rants, a
companion whenever you are alone. My ears are all on you. Yes, I am that person
who you can share your laugh with, problems, achievements and all. Being kind is
great but being someone who you can lean on is powerful.
7 . What is your greatest failure?
❖ Failure doesn't mean that you are forever loser. At the very young age, I carried a
child in my tummy, those times are my nightmare. I am so afraid of what my
parents would say to me, what other people will think of me, all worse "what ifs"
had been on my mind. Yes, that was my greatest failure, that situation but never
my child. I learned my mistakes. Failure is a failure, we can still stand out despite
of those. Failure is our own teacher, it is our builders, our foundation in life. There
is always a room for mistakes and we should learn by those.
8. Who knows you best?
❖ Nothing is permanent in this world. We may lose friends, family or acquaintances
as time passes by. We cannot predict the future, we are not sure enough who will
stay beside us until the end. I am the one who knew myself. Only me. I am my own
911. In layman's term, if I will get accused for a crime, yes, my family can defend
me, my friends can comfort me, my acquaintances can symphatize me but no one
can be a witness for me. No one can protect me. I am the witness and I am the
protector. No one knows me the best, I am.
9. Do you sympathize with people who are going through a tough time?
❖ Symphatizing someone doesn't mean that you care. You are just humble enough
to feel what they are feeling right now. No, I don't symphatize nor emphatize
someone. I cared. I care for their situation, how will they overcome their problem
or what kind of coping with stress they're doing. I cared for them even if they are a
complete stranger to me. Sympathize excludes help, caring includes it.
10. How did you turn your greatest failure into a learning experience?
❖ If you failed may times in the same way and situation yet you are not still learning
from it, you are dumb. This is the things that I've learn from my mistakes. I
became dumb, yes, many times and there's a time that I got tired because it's
repetitive. I am not moving. I got stuck! That's how I started to move forward and
correct my mistakes. In life, you can enjoy it but then you will realize that you need
to step up for a new environment and for the better version of yourself.
