DECISION
(BASED ON COMPROMISE AGREEMENT)

Plaintiff Rural Bank of Pagbilao, Inc. as represented by Elmo Francis A. Deceda

filed this case against defendants Sps. Marivic Lorena and Roberto Lorena for Collection
of Sum of Money.
The plaintiff represented by authorized representative Elmo Francis A. Deceda and
defendants Sps. Marivic Lorena and Roberto Lorena, however, reached an amicable
settlement and submitted to the court a compromise agreement, the terms and conditions
of which are as follows:
a. Defendants Roberto Lorena and Marivic Lorena agree to pay a total amount of
Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000.00) comprising of claim amounting
to Php 157,335.37, interest for three (3) years amounting to Php 42,664.63
b. Initial payment of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00) shall be made on June
20, 2016.
c. Balance of Php 190,000.00 shall be payable every four (4) months, which will be
due on the following dates, to wit:
October 20, 2016 Php 21,111.11
February 20, 2017 21,111.11
June 20, 2017 21,111.11
October 20, 2017 21,111.11
February 20, 2018 21,111.11
June 20, 2018 21,111.11
October 20, 2018 21,111.11
February 20, 2019 21,111.11
June 20, 2019 21,111.11
TOTAL Php 189,999.99

d. Failure to pay at least two (2) consecutive scheduled amortizations will make the
defendants in default and the balance demandable in full.

It appearing that the agreement is not contrary to law, morals, good customs,
public moral and public police, and pursuant to Articles 2028 and 2037 of the Civil Code
of the Philippines, the same is hereby APPROVED and ADOPTED as the Decision of this
court.
The parties are hereby ordered to faithfully comply with the terms and conditions
of the agreement.
SO ORDERED.
