CHECK-IN TIME:

The Check-in time is 3 pm; Early arrivals are not guaranteed and it is based on room availability.
Should you wish to guarantee room availability before 3 pm, we recommended to pre-book the room one day in advance
with additional charges incurred.
Early arrival before 8 am, an additional of a one-night charge imposed;
Early arrival between 8 am to 3 pm, an additional of a half day charge imposed.

CHECK-OUT TIME:

The Check-out time is 12 noon; Late check out requests may impose additional charges.
An additional of a half day charge will be imposed for extension until 6 pm;
An additional of a one-night charge will be imposed for extension after 6 pm.

ROOM & HOTEL FACILITIES:

Please note that all Superior Rooms are windowless.

Table Talk, our all-day dining cafe is located at the Mezzanine Floor, offers a great choice of food options from 6 am to 10.30
pm. Other facilities, such as Kid’s club, Fitness Studio & Swimming Pool are located at level 27 – do enjoy yourself with the
breathtaking view of the KL Skyline.

CAR PARK:

Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur offers valet service and on-site self-parking. The hotel covered parking is located at the
Basement P1 and P2. The basement car park is not managed or owned by the Hotel; hence, a fee of MYR 3.00 / hour applies.
Effective from 1st October 2019, we are elated to extend a complimentary parking for our in-house guests. Kindly validate
your parking ticket at the Front Office counter 15 minutes prior to leaving the hotel.

Complimentary self-parking Self-parking – RM 3.00 per day/entry
Valet service – RM 20.00 per night Valet service – RM 20.00 per night
* Please follow the signboard to the designated hotel parking area (at level P1 & P2) and press for parking ticket upon entry. The
standard hourly rate will be applied if you use (includes but not limited to) “TnG”, Visa Pay Wave as the payment method, and,
or parked the vehicle at other than the designated hotel parking area.
