Thank you for booking for one of our dining events and we look forward to welcoming you

to The Churchill Theatre.

We are making a concerted effort to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests
attending these events. Therefor we have control measures in place to ensure this.

You can evidence your Covid-19 status in ONE of the following:

1. Demonstrate Full Vaccination

 Show a COVID Pass (via NHS app or NHS website) or if you are
unable to access these services:
 Show an NHS COVID Pass letter (which can be requested via NHS
website or by calling 119 at least 14 days prior to your visit)

2. Demonstrate a negative PCR / LFT test completed within 48 of


your visit

 Show COVID Pass (via NHS app or NHS website) or;


 Show NHS email or text message received after negative PCR/LFT

We can no longer accept vaccination cards as definitive proof of status.

If you are unable to provide any of the above we kindly ask that you
demonstrate proof of a negative PCR/LFT test completed within 48
hours of your visit showed by either a text message or email
confirmation.
