Concept Digests

Introduction: What Is a Person Made Of?

A person is made up of the body and the heart. The body has many
parts such as hand, foot, mouth, nose, and etc. They have many
unique functions, and they come together. It is the same with the
heart. The heart has also eared to listen, hands with which to
reach react, and to the circumstances. A person who cannot see us
labeled blind. But there are those who are blind to the world of
heart.

What our hearts looks like?

We obtain vast amount of knowledge and skills in school. In

geography class, we look at the world map and learned that there
were many lands we had never been to. We also learn that the
countries like the United States, Russia, and China have sweeping
patches of the land. Even though you may not be to that country
personally, you learn a lot of relevant information in the class.
The same way you acquired that knowledge, you know personal facts
about yourself, such as their name, parents, age, and blood type.
You also know what food you like or not.

But so many people are also blind to the world of heart. They never
once saw what their heart looks like. This means that they have
never understood why their heart was in pain or in sadness. People
become frustrated.

Characteristics of People who do not know the world of heart

1. Person who do not know exactly who he or she is.
2. Person who thinks he is great when someone is not doing smart,
when someone is not well.

3. Considering they are smart, when someone is not.

4.People who are generous for their selves, for own benefits.

It is because they do not possess an understanding of their true.

How to tame our Heart?

Our heart is very strange. People are generous to themselves

because it's their own heart. But when you actually look in the
heart, there are all kinds of wicked things. People despair easily
and think " I'm better off dead" Sometimes, they have lustful heart.
People receive a heart of jealousy and hatred towards others. The
proverbial untamed horse resides in us. And as it drags your life
around, everything is rendered useless, no matter how beautiful our
face is, no matter how well you study, and no matter how wealthy
you are. The case a lot of the times is that because your heart is
untamed, wrongful thoughts arise in your heart, which you follow
leading to despair and disappointment.

Try to a look; many germs enter a person's body every day. Germs
even exist. Germs can exist in clean water. Yet, regardless of
this, we are no always sick or living with pain because the white
blood cells in our blood attack and devour these germs. If, white
blood cells combat germs, and win, we live healthy lives. But if
they lose the fight, the body in which you moved so freely suddenly
becomes a breeding ground for all sorts of germs.

Likewise, sadness, hatred, fear, distrusts, and wicked thoughts

continually invade our hearts. If you can overcome these thoughts,
your heart becomes greater and wider. You can also place an
exponentially higher value on your life. On the other hand, if you
are unable to overcome the thoughts you have, you are destined for
pain. Dark, filthy hearts will grab hold your heart.

If your white cells do not work, you will become a residence for
germs, and will end dying. People, who have given up their fight
against hardship in their heart, cannot experience the happiness

that comes afterwards. You have to take care of your heart, just
like you take of your body. You have the tools to take of your good
heart, if you just learn about the world of the heart.
