Certificate When the user has completed the course, where do they download/print their certificate? I went to
Achievements in the menu but the pdf that I downloaded from there had no background and no
user details.

Coupons Will all users get the same coupon? There will be nothing preventing people from sharing them and
getting the course for free or discounted

Course content when setting up the programme
Text content not being saved. Saved dialogue box comes up after clicking save but content
disappears.
Updating the SCORM in the course doesn’t seem to work. Used resuscitation.council3@gmail.com
to start the course, updated SCORM. Resuscitation.council3 still got the old course but when I
registered resuscitation.council2@gmail.com afterwards, it still had the old course.
