THE WASHED ASHORE ART EXHIBITION

Firstly, THE WASHED ASHORE ART project was intended to collect garbage from the
oceans to create sculptures to demonstrate people’s talent and raise awareness to tell people
that pollute the planet why we are killing ourselves for the contamination. The project helped
to look at the beautiful sculptures, but also to see the reality of what the world is like and
what we have caused.

In our opinion, this project is creative, original, and fantastic for young people to learn about
the pollution on the planet, moreover, show how many species of aquatic animals are
becoming extinct, and encourage people to recycle (as in the project) and not to pollute.

Finally, it is an excellent activity that must be carried out so that people are aware, recycle,
and do not destroy the planet, but, that they take care of and love it.

Comments on the works.

We think that all works had a very nice meaning, However, our favorites were the plastic
Jellyfish and Cleo the Clownfish, The plastic Jellyfish, because we think it shows peace, we
think that represents a three and you can see the reason why many jellyfish die: the plastic in
the oceans, and Cleo the Clownfish, for the reason that it represents how the fish drowns
with plastic bottles and is seen in the suffering in the eyes, also because colors attract a lot of
attention
