of time;
2. We declare, confirm and affirm that he was the only child of his parents
Bernabe Perido and Timotea Dilidili, and born at Indang, Cavite;
3. We are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above mentioned person;
and
4. We are executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
