That the City Health Office Workers of Tagaytay City will conduct defogging at Tagaytay Country Homes
III, Barangay Silang Crossing East.

That Tagaytay Country Homes III will pay the amount of 20,000.00 to the workers that will conduct the
defogging in the entire Subdivision.

Upon approved of the said proposal, the utility worker will conduct defogging on June ____, 2022.
