COURSE TITLE: SWIMMING
COURSE CODE: PE 3

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Requires scientific acquisition of knowledge and skills in

managing the body in water. Basic and developmental skills for scientific swimming are
introduced as well as games and others activities done. Lifesaving skills is likewise
encouraged in the course.

 GENERAL INSTRUCTION

First and foremost, answer the pre-test

without reading the contents of the module.

This module is an interactive self-study

approach intended for five (5) months where
every chapter follows the 4As – Activity,
Analysis, Abstraction and Application. The
students are asked to engage in an individual
activity, analyze the activity with the help of
guide questions.

Don’t leave any question unanswered in the

module for they constitute the 100% of your
grade in this subject.
Lastly, answer the post-test and review your
answer to the performance task in every
answer.
