Awarding of Certificates, Medals and Awards to Parents

S.Y. 2019-2020

Ma’am Glade: We expect the awarding of certificates, medals and

awards to parents to last approximately one and a half hours in the
observance of modified general community quarantine.

Before we begin this ceremony, let me remind you to turn your cell
phones to silent mode, strictly observe social distancing and proper
wearing of facemasks at all times.

During the awarding of certificates, medals and awards to parents of the

graduates, we encourage EVERYONE to express your pride by
applauding and cheering.

I am delighted to be here to our 2021-2022, awarding of certificates,

medals and awards to parents, and joining me today is Casey Dee
Aranas, Science Teacher.

Casey: Thank you, Ma’am GLADEKY BRABANTE, she’s our very

own ENGLISH Teacher by the way, it’s an honor to be here to this
dignified and special event, the high point of the academic year.
Specially this school year wherein we have been challenged by the
Covid 19 pandemic, still we can’t let this very momentous event
pass…
Because, today we recognize and applaud the hard work and
achievements of our students and celebrate with our dear parents
and guardians for there relentless support and sacrifices to see
this most awaited day come.

A pleasant morning ladies and gentlemen. Let us welcome the parents

of the graduating class of School Year 2019-2020 of La Paz National
 2

High School together with us, their teachers, our principal, District
Supervisor and Guests.

Ma’am Glade: Friends, welcome to the 5TH Awarding of Certificates,

Medals and Awards to Parents of La Paz National High School. The
theme of this ceremony is “kto12 Graduates: pursuing dreams and
fostering resilience in the face of adversity”

To start our program, please stand for the Philippine National

Anthem to be followed by a Prayer.

Shall we all rise for the singing of the

Philippine National Anthem, Zambales Hymn and San Narciso

Hymn to be led by Sir Jovelo Abad, MAPEH Teacher. And it
will be followed by a Prayer to be led by Mary Joy Batas- a
HUMSS 12 student, With High Honors

Casey:: Please be seated. Thank you, Ma’am and Sir.

Now to formally welcome us all in this significant occasion, let us

Call on Marc Reymond S. Renolo, STEM 12, with highest honors for
the opening remarks.

Ma’am Glade: Thank you Marc Reymond for that very
hopeful/encouraging/moving remarks.

At this juncture, may we call on our dynamic and beautiful school

principal Dr. Carolyn Costales for the presentation of candidates.

And now, to

the most awaited moment of today’s affair, The Awarding of Diplomas

and Awards to Parents of the Graduating class of 2020.

Madam Jose please remain on the stage for the awarding of diplomas
and awards. May we also call on stage Sir GEORGE ACUPAN, our
industrious District Supervisor, to be assisted by Sir Joebert
Escalera, our Master Teacher, Ma’am Lalaine Santos, our Head
Teacher and the Grade 12 HUMSS Adviser, Ma’am Ajunalisa
Aquino to award the certificates and medals to parents.

To our dear parents and guardians, as we call on the name of your son
or daughter please come on stage to receive the diplomas and awards.

But before that, let me first read to you the content of the diploma

And also, to recognize all the efforts, love, and sacrifices of our dear
parents we hereby give them certificate of appreciation for awarding
them the Loyalty Awards.

awarding of certificates and diplomas for the GRADE 12 TVL-
EPAS STUDENTS CLASS OF 2020, and MA’AM AJUNALISA
AQUINO to call on the names of the GRADE 12 TVL-EPAS
graduates of 2019-2020.

The Awarding of Academic Excellence Awards and Special
Recognition to the Graduates is again by Sir George Acupan,
our very helpful District Supervisor, and Madam Jane Pantaleon
Jose, our dear and kind Principal, to be assisted by Sir Joebert
Escalera, our Master Teacher, Ma’am Lalaine Santos, our Head
Teacher, together with the supportive adviser of Grade 12 EPAS,
Ma’am Annaliza Laderas.

the GRADE 12 HUMSS and EPAS Graduates.

Ma’am Glade: In behalf of the School’s Administrative staff and

faculty, we joyfully congratulate the graduates, their parents and
advisers. We sincerely thank all the donors of the medals and
awards, those who helped and supported us and all our guests who
attended this momentous event.
