With reference to DepEd Memorandum No. 084, s. 2021, this Office through the Curriculum and Leaming Management Division announces the conduct of the Regional Festival of Talents on December 13, 2021, 10:30 in the morning via online at hniiis://linytirlcom/R44-2021RFOT. Registration of participants and attendees will be online by category 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. . The theme for this year's online RFOT shall be “Demonstrating Resiliency of Leamers during the Covid 19 Pandemic through Showcasing of Skills and Talents”. The aim of this activity is to provide an opportunity for leamers from public and private elementary and secondary schools including Altemative Leaming System (ALS), to showcase their skils and talentsin different ciscipiines. The 2021 RFOT shall showcase the following areas: 2.1. Cookery for Technolympics; 2.2 Liknawitang Tanghal and Dance for Sining Tanghalan; 2.3 Pinaghandaang Talumpati for Pambansang Tagisan ng Talento; 2.4 Speech Exhibition for the Special Program in Foreign Language (SPFL) 2.5 Oratorical Speech for Population Development 2.6 Arabic Reading for Musabagah; 2.7 Visual and Performing Arts for Learners with Disabilities (LWDs); and 28 STEMazing for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. . Participation of SDOs is not compulsory. However, the SDOs is given the option to decide on which events they can participate, there shall be one (1) entry for each event. Each Division entry should have a minimum of two (2) minutes and a maximum of five (5) minutes Audio-Visual Presentation (AVP) in every event including the introduction of each leaner: name of the leamer, grade level, school, division and region. filming of the entry may be done by coach, leamer, and parent following the health and safety protocols.
