G. You mean your employees must learn how to work things out for themselves?
H. Yes, that´s one of the issues. Another issue is the lack of time. I can´t get my own work
done.

K. I´m sure there are many. How about setting up a daily meeting with your team to
discuss problems? You´ll have to keep these meetings …. And focused.
