Dear Vendors and Volunteers,

First, we want to start with a big thank you for donating your time and resources to make this
event possible. We have over 60 vendors confirmed for this event with multiple activities and
services dedicated to our veterans. Because there are so many, we want to take the time to
communicate some important pieces of information to have every vendor on the same page
and prepared for a successful event.
On Saturday, September 17th, check-in will begin at 8am and we ask that you please be checked
in no later than 9:30am. Check-in will take place at our gatehouse when you first enter the
property at the Lake Callis Recreation Complex, 1152 N. Gale Rd. Davison, MI 48423. You’ll
receive a map as well as a numbered spot that will be assigned to you for the day.
Once you find your spot, drop your items off, then park your vehicle in the vendor lot. Please do
not park in the guest parking spots. We will have golf carts shuttling vendors from parking to
the grand pavilion for those that need the additional support. Please be setup and ready for the
event by 10am. If this will be an issue, please let us know asap. Vendors are also asked to stay
for the entire duration of the event, 11am-5pm. Veterans will need to check-in at the stage
under the grand pavilion to receive a wristband. This wristband will be their pass for the day to
receive free services that some vendors are providing.
As you are collecting your items to bring to the event, please keep in mind that Lake Callis is an
open space and it can be common to experience wind. If you have handouts or a tent we
recommend bringing something to secure items.
