Dear manager

I am writing to you about the XD Movil 07 cell phone that I acquired at the headquarters where
you are in charge. I am sorry to inform you that there have been several problems with the
delivery of this equipment and I am extremely upset with the performance of this cell phone to
this day.

As a first point, when I called to ask about the details of the phone, they told me that it
was the latest generation and that it was in the same warehouse as the store. However,
when I got to the store they told me that there was an error and they assured me that the
cell phone would arrive within 6 days.

On April 0, I went back to the store to pick up the cell phone and they did not explain to
me how the equipment works, saying that there is a manual inside the box. Finally,
when I got home I started using the cell phone and I realized that it had problems when
charging, its touch screen did not work and it did not want to turn off. When I called the
store again to ask them to change my equipment, they told me to read the instructions in
the manual very well, but I no longer need this product since it does not work.

This scenario has caused great inconvenience; I would appreciate it if you could return
the money or change the equipment within 3 business days.
