First Writing

Dear Kim,
I’m so happy to give you my place while I’m out, honestly. I’m pretty sure that you’re
going to care about it like if it’s yours.
About the keys, I don’t know if you can come this week to my company to pick them up,
please. I’d like to give them to you at your home but my schedule doesn’t let me, sorry.
I work from 10am to 7pm. Let me know when you arrive there.
The flat is really comfortable. It has one bedroom with a bathroom, a living room and a
kitchen. But you already knew that. Don’t you? As a there is in an avenue, there are
many restaurants near. Across the building, there is an Italian one, my favorite, btw.
Also, I recommend you to go the Spanish one, “La Española”; it’s cheap and good.
Maybe, there’s something more you need to know and I am forgetting. Let me know if I
am right. I’m here to help you with what you want. Enjoy those days!
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
Kisses,
Jeferson

Second Writing
Dear Paul Groves
I am writing to you regarding the advertisement in the international pop and rock music
festival. I would like to apply to be a volunteer at this four-day event.
My name is Jeferson Herrera and I am currently a university student at PUCP. I have
had previous experience related to the music in my years at the university. There, I
have been part of the band and the choir. This experience changed my life and made
me feel closer to the music world. I do consider that being a volunteer in the festival
would be a contribution to this knowledge in music and a great opportunity to help other
people.
I have experience of working with people since I have worked in a restaurant for two
years. This experience has given me tools such as working in groups and sorting out
problems.
I feel that I would be a good option to be chosen. I have the energy, the responsibility
and the willing to help the others. I would be honor to contribute with my skills.
I look forward to hearing from you
Your sincerely,
Jeferson Herrera
