Starting a business generally requires the following:
1. A business concept or idea involving a product, service, process, or new
technology
2. People to support the work, whether as employees, vendors, or advisors
3. A process by which the product or service will be delivered, or the
technology will be developed
4. Enough money to support the development of the idea to the point that it
generates revenue

According to research by Cox Business, the main reasons entrepreneurs go out
on their own, rather than staying employed, are:
1. Control – to be their own boss
2. Ambition – to start something from scratch themselves

Actually, small and medium scale businesses are
often called the pillar of the economy especially in
the community level. National and Local
Government Unit policies that encourage the
growth of small and medium scale businesses and
the role of entrepreneurship in the market are
considered to be healthy for the economy at large.

First things first, an entrepreneur is different from a technopreneur. An
entrepreneur is someone who waits for an opportunity, so he can turn
that chance into a product or something that can be sold; as for a
technopreneur, he is someone who starts from scratch with nothing in
his mind but only his concepts to establish something where he can
earn. Typically, technopreneurs make use of the technology so they can
formulate innovations to help the society.

If you are planning to start a business from zero, but you have a creative
mind, start by being a technopreneur. Every enterprise comes from
ideas beginning at the back of your mind. Below is a list of common

Effective Leadership Skills
Everything will start with you. You are your own master. If you have a
team, have the initiative to start the concept by being creative. Be the
good boss that everyone adores; make sure that you are also
considering the thoughts of your team members. From each idea, you
can patch the ideas together and formulate a bigger and more feasible
one.

Aside from being an effective leader, you should also be a good
follower. Do not boss around because your venture is still small. Listen
to the ideas that your team is pitching.

You should prepare backup plans in case things do not work out in the
way you’re planning them. Of course, not everything will be favorable to
you. You should be flexible and adapt well to changes that might occur.
