Sub: Settlement of claims for apprentice induction for the period 2018-19 & 2019-20.

We, Navata Road Transport, with an unblemished track record of over 4 decades, has its presence
across the States of Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujarath,, Odisha,
Pondicherry & Indore, with a network of 675 branches.

We are regularly inducting apprentice in our organisation as per the guidelines of NSDC.

In this regards, we wish to inform you that we have taken apprentice from Dec’19 onwards.
Subsequently submitted attendance and payment details like UTR in the NAPS portal as per their
guidelines. From then onwards we have updated till Mar’20.

As we have not received any claim amount for the period 2018-19 & 2019-20, on our reminder, we
received a mail on 25/08/2022 from NSDC team stating that last date for submission of Actual and
potential claims for FY2020-21 is 30 th Sept, 2022, for which when we sent a correspondence enquiring
about status of claims for FY2018-19 and FY 2019-20, a response was sent stating that claims for
FY2018-19 and FY 2019-20 were closed.

We wish to inform that the claim for the FY 2018-19 & 2019-20 is not year cleared and hence we request
you to intervene, in this regard for quick clearance. NAPS portal screen shot is attached for your ready
reference to intervene and discuss with NSDC team.
