ATTENDANCE POLICY
Legacy Holistic Health Institute hosts all classes live online in order for students to have
the best learning experience and receive the support necessary to be successful in the
profession. Students are encouraged to attend every live, weekly class. All live classes are
recorded and available for students to review at their leisure. Attendance is taken by the
Adjunct Faculty member teaching each class in order to determine that each student is
on track to graduate. In the event that a student has more than three (3) absent days from
class, they will be notified by phone call, email and text message to determine if they are
still on track in the course.
I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed the current Enrollment Agreement
for Legacy Holistic Health Institute and all of its connected parties.

REFUND POLICY
Last updated January 2, 2019
At Legacy Holistic Health Institute, we pride ourselves on serving our customers, students,
and partners with the highest sense of integrity. However, since many of our products and
services are of a digital or membership-based nature we thought it best to delineate a
Refund Policy for all intents and purposes. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase for any reason, you may express it in writing within 7 business days of purchase
in order to receive a full refund, product, or tuition credit or product exchange. After 7
business days have passed, the Legacy Holistic Health Institute will not issue a refund
under any circumstances if the Student Portal has been accessed and materials have
been viewed or downloaded. To determine student academic standing, all access to the
Student Portal and digital files are automatically tracked and placed in the student record.
In the event that the customer has a contract or Master Promissory Note in place for a
separate financing body associated with Legacy Holistic Health Institute, the customer
must refer to the signed loan documentation to determine rights regarding a refund
policy and necessary actions to exercise those rights.
In extreme circumstances, customers have the right to place membership-based
privileges on hold with Legacy Holistic Health Institute in accordance with extenuating
circumstances listed within the catalog and resume payments at a later date. If a time
period of m
ore than 30 days has passed, then the customer must restart all courses and
no monies will be transferred towards new courses or products. Please refer to
I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed the current Refund Policy and
Privacy Policy for Legacy Holistic Health Institute and all of its connected parties.
