is a way to start conv. observant abt your body lang.
3. Make good first impression --- 3 thimgs - Eye contact, handshake & tone ofvoice.
first 7 sec. will decide. Use non-verbal comm. & appearance.
Slow down your smile and acknowledge other person.
Listen to your tone of voice. remember person's name
(repeat & make mental association with name)
